To help us help you

If you're writing about a bug, tell us:

Which tool you were using (e.g. "Merge PDF" or the calculator in Matrix mode).
What you expected to happen and what actually happened, including any error message.
Your browser and system (e.g. Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone).
The type and rough size of the file.

Please don't attach personal documents. Since everything is processed on your computer, we can almost always reproduce the problem with a similar test file — we don't need your real data.

Suggestions

Many of the site's improvements started as requests from users. If there's a file conversion or a calculator feature that would help you, tell us. You can also use the suggestion box on the home page, which opens your email app with the message ready.

Privacy

To exercise your rights over your data, or for any question about ads and cookies, write to the same address. See the privacy policy for details, and change your cookie consent at any time with the Privacy settings link.
