Create and extract ZIP files online
A ZIP bundles several files into one, easier to email or upload to a submission platform. Zero7Files creates and opens ZIP files inside your browser — useful on computers where you can't install software, like library or classroom PCs.
Create a ZIP from several files
- In Pro Arsenal, choose ZIP ⇄ Extract with the direction Files → ZIP.
- Drag in every file you want to include. They can be of any type, and you can add them in several batches.
- Press Compress.

How much smaller does it get?
It depends on the file type. Text documents, CSV or code shrink a lot. JPG photos, videos, image-heavy PDFs or Office files themselves (which are already compressed inside) barely change. In those cases the ZIP is mostly useful for sending many files together. To make photos smaller, first use compress images.
Extract a ZIP
- Press ⇄ to switch to ZIP → Files.
- Pick the
.zipfile. - Press Extract. Each file inside downloads separately, one after another.
If the ZIP contains many files, your browser may ask the first time whether to allow the site to download multiple files. Accept so they all download.
Limitations
- Password-protected ZIPs can't be opened.
- Other formats like RAR or 7z aren't supported — ZIP only.
- When creating a ZIP, all files go into the root, with no folders. When extracting, if the ZIP had folders, their path is included in the downloaded file's name.
Privacy
Compression and extraction are done with the JSZip library in your browser. Neither the ZIP nor its contents are sent to any server.
